Client Responsibilities

The client acknowledges that the machines to be serviced are in a condition that allows for installation, uninstallation, repair, or maintenance. We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by pre-existing conditions or improper use.

Service Charges and Payments

4.1 Service Fees:
The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon service fees for the Services provided. The fees may vary based on the type and complexity of the service requested.

4.2 Additional Costs:
The client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the provision of Services, including but not limited to transportation expenses, replacement parts, and any required permits or licenses.

Limitation of Liability
